Laura Jane Grace
Laura Jane Grace (Against Me!), Anthony Green (Circa Survive) and Tim Kasher (Cursive) have teamed up for a low key acoustic(ish) run called “The Carousel Tour” which included a stop at San Francisco’s August Hall. Each of the artists held their own with full solo sets that included the occasional backup from a shared bass player and drummer but the magic really happened during the collaborations that had Laura, Anthony and Tim popping in on various songs to help out on vocals (and in some cases poorly on drums). While the Tuesday San Francisco crowd was modest, it was full of heart and it was clear that the musicians enjoyed their time together.
